1) Consultation
Contact me to set up an appointment.
I will evaluate all your items and we can discuss the sale process.
4) Host the sale
Neal and his team will arrive about an hour and a half before the sale to make sure everything is ready and place signs in the neighborhood. We will assign the staff to diffferent locations in the house to help the customers during the sale.
The Process
2) Sign contract
Once in agreement I will send you a contract to sign and we come up with a timeline that works for you. We will also set up an appointment for photographs.
5) Sale closeout
Depending on your choice of services, we will wholesale whatever is left, donate whatever you choose, or discard anything you don't want to leave an empty home. Even cleaning services can be arranged.
3) Advertising
We use multiple industry marketing channels, secondary retail channels, and other paper and digital marketing efforts including social media channels.
6) Wrap-up
Based on pre-negotiated rates we will evaluate the sale proceeds and other sale expense impacts to determine the payout amount. We conduct our wrap up meeting and dispense the appropriate amount to the estate owner.

Neal started working in the fine art, as an art dealer and licensed auctioneer. This is where I learned how to get the most value out of household goods, fine art, jewelry, and much more. I expanded my auctioneer business to consulting and estate sales. My years of experience in the field helped many of my clients have a successful sale.
